We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, please review our returns and refund policies below:

Returns:

  • You have 7 days from the date the tracking system confirms your order was delivered to your home, mailbox, or received in person, to return your item.
  • We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item and place a new order.
  • Preorder items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Rules for Final Pieces Collection:

  • Items in this collection are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

  • Accessories are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes Jewelry, handbags, belts, or anything considered an accessory. All accessory sales are final.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at info@amarylisvipboutique.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. 

Damages and issues

  •  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

🌺 Pre-Order Policy:

  • Preorder items are purchased upon request and may require a waiting period.
  • Once an order is placed, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
  •  Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
  • If there are any issues with the supplier, a full refund will be issued. 
  • Orders will be shipped within an estimated timeframe of 3 to 9 weeks. If the order includes additional items, the entire order will be shipped together once the preorder item arrives.
