Shipping policy

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are normally shipped within 24-48 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following business day. If an order is placed during a sale or promotion, please expect an additional 1-2 business days processing time due to an increased volume of orders.
Holiday Shipping
During the holiday season, please expect potential delays due to high volume with postal services. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery. While we strive to process and ship all orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays once packages are with the carrier.
Free Standard Shipping
Free Standard Shipping applies to orders over $60 before tax.
USPS Priority Mail & Priority Mail Express
Customers may select USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express at checkout for faster delivery. Transit times are estimated by USPS and begin once the order has been processed and shipped. USPS Priority Mail typically arrives within 2–4 business days, while USPS Priority Mail Express typically arrives within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Lost Packages
Amarylis VIP Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number provided, the responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier.
We are also not responsible for any delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not offer refunds on lost or stolen packages. You can submit a claim online for a missing package through the post office.
